From Mango to Shelf-Stable Puree – Complete Aseptic Line

Mango Processing Line Solutions – Puree, Dried Fruit, Juice & Drink

This integrated mango processing equipment line covers four main applications: mango puree, dried mango slices, mango juice, and mango-based beverages. All lines share core modules – sorting, washing, destoning, and refining – while each has dedicated units for final product characteristics.

Mango Puree Line includes a cold break unit to preserve fresh aroma, a paddle finisher for fiber control, and a tubular sterilizer with aseptic bag filling. Brix adjustable from 12 to 28.

Mango Dried Fruit Line features an automatic slicer (3–8 mm adjustable), osmotic syrup tank, multi-layer belt dryer with precise temperature zones (50–75°C), and cooling conveyor. Output retains natural color without sulfites.

Mango Juice Line combines a centrifugal separator for clear juice or a colloid mill for cloudy juice, plus a homogenizer and UHT sterilizer. Supports single-strength juice and nectar (20–40% pulp).

Mango Beverage Line adds a blending station for sugar, acid, stabilizers, and optional milk powder or tea extract. Filler options include glass, PET, and aluminum cans, with capacity from 2000 to 36000 bottles per hour.

All equipment made of SUS304/SUS316L stainless steel, with CIP system and PLC control. Installation drawings, commissioning support, and spare parts included. Capacity ranges from 1 to 50 tons per hour for fresh mango input.

1. Discharge Platform
Specialized drainage platform with water guns simplifies raw mango unloading from trucks while providing pre-washing capabilities to enhance production line efficiency.
2. Elevator

3. Washing

4. Sorting

6. Preheating
